The Restaurant

Our restaurant offers the possibility to taste wine-and-food products which have made Tuscany very famous.

First of all the wine Chianti Classico and the extra-virgin olive oil, of high-quality and fragrance, used in the main traditional dishes (one of the most famous: the bistecca alla fiorentina).

What will you eat?
The exclusive Risotto di San Gimignano with saffron, beef fillet with grilled bread and delicious porcini mushrooms, gnocchi della Posta, the boar alla maremmana, the famous beefsteaks alla fiorentina, pici, pappardelle with boar and also the "tagliate" di Cinta Senese with fresh and fragrant rosemary and the sliced salami of this prestigious kind of pork.

If you wish, you can appreciate our dishes with different wines of our cellar.
